OK I had an egoT (first e cig) last year and failed analog extiction because i only had zero nic and manual batts but that's another story!

I love the 808 automatics I bought on a recent trip from Australia to USA but wouldn't mind dripping them like I did with my ego,I am happy filling carto,s but am still trying to find my flavour with juice instead of pre filled,s.Seems i could waste less juice and carto cleaning time if i could just drip a flavour and reject it.

How do you drip a 2 piece if you can?

Sorry for the lame question but i am new to vaping and totally analog free with the kr808,s for some reason which wasnt the case with the ego?

I am not mixing my own juice yet but trying to find something that resembles eonsmoke "Sands" Turkish flavour but they dont do juice.

Cheers

Den

Not took sure about the 808's as I don't use those but, I do use ego's. The setup I like to use when I drio is a HH.357 long barrel from avidvapor.com
Mine is right about 1.4 ohms and is used b/t 3.4-4.0v which is right around the ego territory. Besides, I can't say for sure that I'd want to drip on an auto.

You are now rockin with WILL.I.AM. and Brittany Bi**h

Dripping is better on a manual battery, but I'm sure you know that. All you need is a 901 atomizer and a drip tip. 901's and 808's use the same thread type so you don't need an adapter, however I get better performance out of my atomizer using a 901-808 adapter. I got the adapter from Vapor King. I'd also suggest getting a drip shield, especially if you're going to stick with automatics. Value Vapor has 901 drip shields, but I haven't tried them yet.

Good luck!

There are several posts and videos around about how to pull the fluffy stuff out of an old 808 carto, put a drip tip on it and use it with a few drops to test out different juices. However everyone says it is important not to use an auto batt because eventually this method will leak and ruin the battery.
I've never converted a carto that hasn't leaked like a sieve. But I've only ever used Smokeless Image's cartomizer.

A decent 901 atomizer doesn't cost all that much, maybe $4.00 - $5.00. If you're only dripping on occasion, then with care that one atty could last months. I run 3 - 4 ml a day through one atty and I get a good 2 weeks out of it.

I've converted cartos lots of times. The trick is to only put two drops in. The bottom coils from Smokeless Image are ideal for this. here's a video - its real easy to do:

Johnnie's suggestion to get an adapter is a good one. I'd recommend an 808-901 adapter and a 808-510 adapter. Adapters only cost about $3 and are so handy to have. I have a bunch of different ones.

I have found that my 901 atomizer won't fire on my Echo, so I don't recommend trying them out on an automatic unless it's a Gen1. Even then I'm not sure if they'll work. Though I believe Imagine has recommended the one from Good Prophets for the Volts, if that's what you have.

I think an 808 battery extender may solve my problem. I have one on order, so I'll let you know if it works next week.
