I use only REO grands. Nearly indestructible and small compact form factor put it over the top.

Here's a vid on the grand :)

With a little common sense, it's as safe as anything you can buy. It has a spring that collapses in the event of a short.

I prefer to rely on positive, mechanical safety features than a chip :)

I have two work packs, both in a small tray from a tackle box. Fits easily in my laptop backpack.

Going to the office for the day:
Back up eVic
3 or 4 tanks
2 or 3 juices 10ml bottles
spare eVic battery
2 spare Kanger heads
1 spare IkenVape carto
Q-TIps for cleaning
1 extra drip tip
Ego spinner just in case

On the road for multiple days visiting clients or job sites
Spare eVic
2 spare eVic batteries
Battery charger
6 tanks BCCs and Cartos
8 juices 10ml bottles
6 spare Kanger heads
3 spare IkenVape cartos
3 spare iClear 30S heads
2 or 3 spare drip tips
Ego spinner just in case
USB cable for my eVic, not sure why

I use an i-taste MVP v2 with i-clear 30s.

If you change up juices I'd think keeping filled i-clears in your lunch cooler wouldn't be an issue to work out, they don't take up a bunch of space. As for waterproof, smokes have never been waterproof so ... keep your stuff dry the same way you kept your smokes dry.

As for safety of batteries, I'd say the MVP likely comes out on top in that it has all its safety features built in from charging to discharging and length of draw limitation (easily longer than you could ever need, but safe for the battery).

I'd go with the MVP or several if you like or ever feel the need. Its pretty rugged, and not so costly that if it turned up missing it would be a total loss.

I know back in the day I'd have had to smash someone if they stole my smokes, I'd do the same if they snatched my vape gear regardless of how much it cost. I don't think it happened that often, so...nobody likes a thief.

My work set up! 6 assorted juices and extra batteries! Some vapor towel for any small messes, and a pin to clean out air holes or gunned up threads in a pinch. You can't see it, its stuck into the fabric of the case under the ProVari. Im all set if I have to stay late!

yeaa im still a noob at all this. The reason why i upgraded to a bigger mod was the vape quality, but im still trying to learn the bits and pieces now. The only tanks/clearos i use are evods, protanks, and iclear 30b. I just purchased a raven phoenix nest, and that uses a cartomizer which i never used before. Hopefully i get a good vape though:vapor:

I work in a factory waxing molds for car interior parts, and I keep my vamo v3 mod with my EVOD tank on in in my pants pocket. Before that it was my vision spinner 1300 w/ same EVOD tank, and a couple bottles of juice and extra batteries(which I kept in my jacket or the car) . But yeah I agree that you should take the set up that your least attached to/worried about just to b on the safe side

a bad day at the track is better than a day of not running at all
