I rock both the Kanger Pro tank and evod on my twist. I've got a couple of mini vivi novas also but they mute flavors too much imo.

kanger protanks get most of the vap time, will take out the cartotank every now and then. sadly my evod will not work on my twiste, works great on my non VV 650mah vapor king

iclear16......although if I leave standing up for too long ill get dry hits.....so now ive started to lay it down when im not using it and i usually get some good tasteful hits........thinking of trying the evod though soon.
Started off with a Vivi Nova and MT3. Tried an iClear 16, wasn't impressed. Then I tried a Protank. HEAVEN! Used nothing but Protanks after that until the Twists were retired in favor of the Vamo.
When I go out and about I arm a ego twist with either a Evod or Mini Pro Tank...I personally like the Mini over the Evod.
iclear 16s for my ego-c, i love them ive had no leaks...but like someone said above sometimes if they stay vertical for a while the wicks dry a bit, to remedy this i hold it horizontal and slowly turn it to let the wicks resoak and boom all that flavor is back in business
I'm a huge fan of the Kanger EVODs. They're inexpensive, easy to fill and clean, and have replaceable atomizers that are super cheap. Since they're bottom coil/wick, no issues with dry hits. And I've had nothing but great flavor from them so far. I've been using them for several months now, and can't say anything bad about them! Being a fairly lazy vaper, I have about 10 of them-- one for each flavor juice I use. That means even less hassle when I want a new flavor. 
I mainly rock protanks. Backed up by eGo clearos. I even have some leftover boge cartos as a ditch resort or for dripping. Twists rock man!

You can purchase For $1+ an adaptor ring that would hide the threads and make it look much more slick. There are also these adaptor rings, which aren't tapered, but still nice. The best part is the price, lol.

A mini VapeOnly BCC tank clearomizer. Just got it yesterday, I'm very pleased with it so far. I love the whistle tip, but I also like that it is removable so I can use my favorite drip tip.
Started with the ego tank... after a couple of weeks hated them.. leaking and gurgling nothing good about them. This week got a mini pro tank, a pro tank and evod love them all except not crazy about the metal drip tube on the pro tanks. The protank needs the twist, I don't get a good hit off from the regular c or t battery.
