Well I have TERRIBLE taste buds. I loose them at least once a week (really don't know where they go)
What works for me.... I keep one of these View attachment 142329 next to my couch. I just touch the tip to my tongue and swirl it around. Immediate fix for me.
Thanks! I've had little to no taste for a days now. Didn't have that stuff, but I did have a fresh lime. It's not 100% better, but there is a definite improvement!

You are the FIRST person I've heard say anything nice about bacon juice!! Not only does no one like it (that I've been able to find) but they all say avoid it like your life depended on it! And you'll have to toss whatever juice holder you use cuz it'll never come out. They just can't say enough bad things about bacon juice. But you really like the one from juicy vapor??

LOL ... I've got a friend who does video juice reviews (therealcmac), and even when he really doesn't dig a juice he at least tries to say something positive ... watch his review of bacon juice! It's hilarious ... he tries SO HARD to find something likable about it, and fails spectacularly!

lol I watched the video right before ordering it.
It is a smokey taste, then again, not sure if the cartomizer changes the taste. I cant use cartos, i can taste the wicking material (kinda like sucking on a cotton ball)

I've been vaping pluid for about a month. The stuff is very strong. About a week ago I couldn't taste it any more. I mean nothing. I switched it up and vaped VAPEDUDES buttery nipple mixed with TASTY VAPORS butter rum for a day. Went back to pluid and got all those wonderful tastes back. It's happen several times to me. Hydrate yourself, switch it up, or trick your taste buds or your taste bros. just don't go back to cigarettes. You'll be sorry you did. Best of luck.

Many years ago I was assigned to a tobacco processing facility in Southern Brasil. Part of my job was to blend tobacco leaves so that our customers always got consistency of taste and nicotine content. Well we smoked a lot every day in a special room, and after a while our taste buds simple gave up on us. We drank a lot of black coffee and that helped, but what helped us the most was gargling warm water with table salt and spitting it out. We did this several times and then we rinsed our mouths off with cold water, and spit that out too. I know it sounds awful but it took about 2 minutes and we were ready for the next batch of leaves.
I have been vaping for about six weeks and still haven't lost my taste so I do not know if it will work for you guys, but it certainly won't hurt.
I hope this was helpful.

Okay, First,

If you're using a carto or catridge, go to a direct drip on a 1.5 ohm atty. Madvapes sells a flavor called "Grandpas mix". Drip some of that on an atty that gets hot and voila! Taste again.

I also take mega doses( like 10,000 mg a day) of vitamin C in the powdered form. So swoosh about a quarter of a teaspoon of Vit C powder (you don't even need to swallow it if yer scay-erd) for like a minute or two and whoosh!

A tongue scraper is helpful.

Gonna try the realime and the salt water.

It varies, I used to use about 1 reaspoon and swirled it around until it was mostly gone, water temperature is quite important because excessive heat can also nullify your buds. I guess as hot as it can get without burning your fingers. It's been years since my tobacco tech days...and like I said My taste buds have not got bad yet. As for the size I used about the same as you and was usually satisfied after three or four gargles. But that's just me.
