If anything it would have to be elongated a wee bit to fit a full sizer, which would magnify the rest and give one good rounded side with the pic imo.

I think it would work out just fine-the look that is, I am not skilled at the exact sizing. You'll see a seam but you see the seam regardless if it is seamless or not.
I think the quit date would be better in the corner, having it on the cig kinda takes something away from the image.

It's a smidge too long for a Big Chuck right now. If you make the height 2.8", the length is 4.79" (instead of 4.5"). I think you should just trim a tiny bit (6% of the total length) from the left and/or right and put your quit date where the url is now.
If you want to minimize the seam, you could fade the very bottom so it's closer to white (but leave it gray behind the cigarette -- it provides good contrast.)

love the idea....want to steal the picture but i wont....anyone else have any inspirational graphice like that for a chuck? id love to have them!!!!
genius.....absolutely genius..........Nah, just 4-8-10, a code unique to you, as your chuck will be.
Maybe along the white of the cigarette, in black, bold type. That way if people ask, then you have another conversation piece along with the chuck itself.
Steal away if you want man, makes no difference to me if you like it. Maybe you can crop the picture better than me and tell JEff to make ours at the same time. All I did for the image was google search images (smoking art, or smoke kills....stuff like that)

I kinda feel like I am growing up again in the Punk rock scene. Only a small group of people knew the bands on the shirts I wore. Kinda like being in an underground community. But your punk rock brothers knew the bands. SO if someone sees my Chuck, unless they are an e-cig user, probably wont know what it is. And if a cool design gets more Chucks out there, so be it.

She's right, barring any problems, the next thing you will see is your chuck born in pr0n....which is the second most exciting day in you and your chucks life...the first being the day it gets to your mailbox....im still waiting for lonestar to get here I've been looking for more pics like yours bad, i like your idea alot!
