I use a maxpedition micro pocket organizer. I'm still new but I have it filled with all kinds of good stuff
Right now it's in a this ghetto little manilla like envelope that has the bubble wrap glued on the inside (came from USPS when I had something glass shipped to me). However, I work in a high precision machine shop and am gonna design and build a really nice aluminum holder for my mods, still deciding on what exactly it is I can do as far as accessories go. I could probably do something similar for the juice bottles, maybe even weld them together and have an upper and lower deck, then attach some type of handle so it's a carrying case will all my stuff.
When I finally get around to doing it, I will post a pic or two.

Ordered some kaizen foam to DIY a travel case out of an otterbox I have layin' around....stay tuned.

Lately however, I have been doing a lot of DIY vape boxes and stands. I'm a local Estate Sale regular where I pick up a lot of DIY (upcycle) projects. With all of the boxes I have been collecting they were stacking up so I decided to use them for my vaping gear.
An old shoe shine box turned into my DIY eliquid box:
An old jewelry box turned into atomizer/drip tip storage (can ya tell I like evods?)
Old Estate Sale candelabra decoration turned into Vape stand. Has room to add additional slots as my collection grows. The box itself is wood and I wrapped it with scrap book paper for a nice look because the box had stickers that were never coming off... I layered some strips of cardboard inside the box to bring up the bottom level a bit, slipped a layer of cardboard a few inches above that with the holes for my ecigs to be inserted into and then another layer of scrap book paper to hide it all and clean it up:
I found this on Amazon that makes for great vape storage for trips!

Lastly, at the time I purchased the above traveling vapage case, I picked up on of these to hold my eliquids. I got the 16 slotted case, wish I got the bigger one!

Walmart stocks and sells that exact Vaultz case for $8.87...it's in the Health and Beauty department. I know because I picked one up yesterday.
I just use a couple of shoe boxes with old ice cream tubs inside to separate different juice types and DIY stuff.
I use an empty filing cabinet at my office! That way my folks don't see it (they are very opposed to smoking/anything that looks like smoking) lol
