mine is white fluval but it is like a hard sponge. I cant remember I have to find out if it is the right one. There were alot of kinds so odds are I got the wrong one. Just checked the receipt I bought the fluval foam pad.

That was my problem sensay! I bought the blue kind at wallyworld (had charcoal in it too ) The white stuff is great!! And I wasn't even using it the right way, and it was way better.

There's also several white ones but only ONE "Water Polishing Pad". hehe It polishes the water. Really, the other white ones work but you can't get them small enough to be much better than the stock filler. IMO

If it's hard it has chemical additives....if it's the one I'm thinking of, it's bloody wonderful for tanks, neutralizes ammonia But I really really dont suggest for vaping.

I saw that one, this one has no chemicals. It is almost exact to the blue foam but a little stiffer. I used it for a bit but I am gonna try Good dogs way!

The safety has been gone over in other threads on ECF and it has been deemed safe for vaping.

Someone else was looking for bad 510 batteries and attys , I will search through my stuff and see if I can find a few for you, I think it was for their mod stuff. I need to sleep! ok, well actually I need INSIGHT! That is, advice on telling a reasonably intelligent, but stubborn teenager that she needs to be in bed the same time (or earlier) as I am. Her new fun habit of attempting to stay up as late as possible is making it impossible for me to get a full nights rest. I HAVE to be up 5:30 in the morning and if I don't get enough sleep I'm a cranky kitty. Anyone have any insight?
BTW: Letting her stay up, not a great option - I'm a light sleeper and until August I'm the only adult here.

good luck macarthurbug w/ your issue... i'm a tad young for kid advice, but i do work w/ teens on a daily basis... maybe it stems from wanting more adult-like freedoms?
if so maybe try to reason and (not compromise) but cut a deal?

I found 2 unopened 510 cartomizers. PM me on how to get them to you. They are brand spanking new still in the cellophane. No luck on finding the bad 510 batteries yet. I will keep looking.

Mix and match! ok- compromise I can do. She's not unreasonable. And waking her up - I've been doing, it just has no impact. I allow her to stay up as late as she likes on Friday nights already (since I can sleep in on Sat.)
Going to have to figure out what she wants that we can DO compromise wise. If I didn't think it'd damage her poor silly brain I WOULD spike her tea. ;p lol
