What do you recommend?

Hi there everyone,

I started with the eGo-T (type A) starter kit. I am looking for other options. Different cartomizers, atomizers, clearomizers, and thinking of getting the type B atty. What do you suggest? I have the 650maH battery. Please give me some input and websites where you have found cheap/good prices of the items. Thank you all in advance!!

I suggest boge 2.0 cartomizers or smoktek 1.7 cartomizers. The 1.7 give a warmer vape and hold more juice. Both are excellent.

Smoktek cartomizers are available at Hoosiers and at Crystal Clear vaping. Crystal Clear vaping isn't taking orders at the moment. You could try Monday.

Most suppliers carry Boge 2.0 cartomizers. Vapor God has them.

Thank you for the suggestions and information! I dont know why but I was told awhile ago not to use 1.7ohm because it can really drain my battery? not sure if its true.

I have the same type of batteries as you, and about all I use now are the 1.7 single coils. They work great together. Lately I've been using them in a DCT (dual coil tank). CCV sells the 1.7 cartos with a hole already punched in them. I'd suggest just trying the cartos (without punched holes) first though. Then if you like them, the tank might be worth checking out. It works great, and is really convenient.

That isn't like the tank you have. This is a tank mod. Holes are drilled into the carto and the tank is placed over the cartomizer. Or the carto is placed in the tank and it sort of feeds juice into the cartomizer.

Maybe that's not what your talking about. If you want to try a new tank similiar to what you have, some people really like the Riva tank. The difference is, the coil is built in.

Thumbs up for eGo batts and Resurrector/SmokTech mega 1.7 ohm cartomizers. Boge 2.0 are also nice but shorter. If you go this route get an eGo cone to go over it, cover the threads, and look good (they're cheap)! Short cone if you want to add a tank later.

I've tried a bunch of different clearomizers, and didn't like them much. They were alright when they worked right, but they often gave dry/burnt hits. Cartos have been more reliable, and better all around. They're cheap enough. Might as well give them (clearomizers) a try... some people love them.

If you get one of the 3.5ml dual coil tanks, you can also get them from Madvapes (I mentioned Crystal Clear Vaping as a place to get them before):
Dual Coil 510 Tank Cartomizer, 3.5ml
From Madvapes, it will come with a dual coil carto. I had problems with that one not wicking fast enough, and got burnt hits. I needed to widen the hole slightly. For some reason the 1.7 single coils work fine though (even though they are made by the same company). As I mentioned, you can get the pre-punched 1.7s from CCV.
The reason I bring up Madvapes is that they also sell a little cone to go with these tanks:
