What do you suggest I do?

I have been building dual coil setups around .4-.8 ohms these past few days and have been really diggin them. I havent ventured over 1.0 ohm yet and dont see a reason to because I like the heat and flavor that is being produced. Is it really neccessary to go over 1.0 ohm on an rda?

Make a single coil setup and try it, if it works for you great, if not stick to duals.

Lower ohms run hotter, use a bit more juice and battery.
Find the highest resistance you can stand and work backwards.

Just my approach anyway...

I am a sub-ohm vaper all of the time. I never go higher than .8 its my liking and I am going to stick with it. Keep subbing is what I have to say!

I think there is no reason to get higher, when it tastes perfectly for you.

As long as your battery can handle it vape what makes you happy. Nothing is right or wrong, just safe and unsafe. Stay safe, simple.

I actually do both. for chain vaping, I do 1.8 single coil... that's where I get to sit back, relax, have a vape and watch a movie type vape. But occasionally, I have a .6 dual coil (Aqua) I use for those heavy vape sessions. I even have a Kayfun set at .8. But, about %80 of the time, it's my 1.8 single.

Also, the higher ohms don't go through as much juice as the sub ohming. I still get enough vapor, and if I don't think I'm getting enough flavor, then add more flavor to the juice, not up the coils. Just my opinion.

Why not give a Micro Coil a try? You may just be surprised at the results in vape and flavor with the added benefit of more battery life.
