I personally like the built in battery. I understand that it is inevitably disposable but I think it'd be awesome if they'd design a V3 with a battery that can be replaced. Maybe have either the top or bottom unscrew and then a slot that you can slide the old battery out and put a new one in.

Option for lower cost built in battery and a higher cost replaceable battery unit. I think the MVP line needs a general face lift. I dont like look of the dipslay and buttons, it just seems thrown on. I like the box mod look of it and hope it stays boxxy. I think I would be OK with anything innokin decides for a future MVP3 aslong as it stays true to the previous versions durability and design.

Possibly the side firing button. I actually usually like where the button is, but every now and then it feel awkward for some reason. A way to cover the USB port would be great. I would like to be able to go up or down in VV/VW without having to circle around.
I think I would like a side button as well. I'd have a better grip on it, but it's not a deal breaker.

Great Idea on the Post...

For Me the Floating pin would be Great as I have taken to having adapters on everything...
A flush 510 and eGo tread would be great(could put a air adjust on the side)
A side charge port would be nice for Gennie Users...
a side firing button I can see as well...

I personaly think that Lipo is the way to go and would love a 4400mha battery, as I only get about 6-8 hours on a 1.0 coil...
All in all for the Money the Device is Solid and if the Battery was replaceable there would be little fault to it as is.

As others have said the display could use a bit of Gussing up and .1 increments would be a nice touch. So if I had to HAVE Changes a Floating Pin Would Be it...

Been using mine for about a month and the only things I'd really like to see are
1. A floating firing pin.
2. A replaceable battery for when the installed batt eventually dies.
Other than that happy with the unit. Goes 2 days without needing a charge and hasn't failed me yet. Will more than likely buy another when this one craters.

As a female with smaller hands, I actually love the current form of the MVP. I have lupus and sometimes have a lot of joint inflammation, and it's easy to hold on to and I've had no problems with the amount of pressure it takes to push the button. I like the button's location as well. What I would like to see is more feminine designs and more colors, the ability to charge without having to lay it on its side, and a spring loaded center pin. I know the Shine is now out there, but I'm just not feeling its graphics, although the colors themselves are lovely.

I'd like clear word from the maker that they've changed the button pressure needed. My MVP2 is only 4-5 months old, and nothing on their website says anything about a change. I'd hate to buy another only to learn it's still too hard for my hands.

I do understand that for many the button is fine. Am not arguing that at all, only that the 'one' I bought is too tough for 'me' to deal with, and I don't have the $$ to *possibly* waste on something I still can't use - this is the time that having a B&M close by would be nice.

Yes, the button has been fixed - I fire mine with the very base of my thumb and don't have to apply much pressure at all - never had it not fire on me. Sits flat on a desk with no wobble too.

To guarantee you get the latest model either get an 'Energy' model or the new 'Shine' series.

There is a technique to the button

Hold in your hand like a coke can, use the 1st knuckle on your thumb to push the button...very easy

This definitely looks interesting.... 3 to 6 volts...3 to 15 watts. Removable battery AND a flashlight.....

Innokin better look out....

E-LVT by Well | ALL ABOUT E-CIGARETTES UK

Basically it looks like an MVP2 that uses a standard 18650 battery.....And although they say it's waterproof, I wouldn't vape in the shower.

There is an interesting video here.....

I wouldn't do that to my MVP. It's in Pbusardo's queue. Be interested what he has to say about the product..

Most awesome...looks like a MVP in a Rhino case type material...very cool

Looks like in bulk they run about $45-$50 a set...so yay on the almost double markup from some places...will say that it does take the MVP to the next level, flashlight (not a super bright one, but enough to find keys or whatnot), side charge without having to lay on it's side, ruggedized, water resistant...not bad

The MVP Toughbook® :D

I just placed an order. I'll put a review up on it as soon as I get it. The waterproofing is only ipx1 (Protected against falling water Equivalent to 3-5mm rainfall per minute for a duration of 10 minutes. Unit is placed in its normal operating position.) but it should be enough to save it from splash damage. The ports have a rubber sleeve that you put over them to save them when you are not charging.

The biggest thing for me is it supports an 18650 and charges the battery while in the unit. So you get the inline charging advantage you get with the MVP, with the replaceable battery option of others.

It is a bit ugly, I'll give you that. But I'll give you my impressions. I'm very interested now to see pbusardo put it on a scope. It's on his review queue from 12/26/2013. Don't know how fast Phil goes through his vape gear though.

Seriously? Faked Dell logo, faked iTaste logo - ripoff iTaste USB cable...

This thing looks like a house fire in the making! If you're gonna test the waterproofing please don't do it whilst you're in the tub!!

There are a number of people "labeling it". The ones in the UK seem to have the "Fell" label, the ones in the US have "Firestone". The universal USB connector used by Innokin is not proprietary in any way. Multi head cables have been around LONG before the MVP.

The unit is only rated for ipx1 water resistance which is tested using equivalent to 1mm to 3mm of rain per minute for 10 minutes. So there will be no vaping in the tub on this end.

I am more interested in the expanded voltage/wattage range, fire button placement, and most importantly, the use of user replaceable 18650 batteries instead of disposable LiPo batteries used in the MVP 2. A box mod with an MVP type form factor that I DON'T have to throw away when the battery dies......All the rest is gravy....

The MVP 2 really does spoil you on everything else...

Spent 90 bucks on the E-LVT and it's not even close. It's touted as water proof and near indestructible. Well, it doesn't hold a candle to the MVP. I gave it a nice review, but ultimately it is a backup mod.

I'm itching to buy some vape gear, but I'm afraid I will just be disappointed. The ProVari is still variable voltage only, the Itaste 134 mini is variable wattage, but doesn't have some of the features I love about my MVP 2.

I'm just gonna have to be satisfied with what I have and stop chasing the proverbial dragon.

I use my eGo threads

I would like to see
A. Qi Inductive charging on top of the ability to plug in with a micro usb cord if needed
B. Possible mid to low power cree flashlight (when you absolutely positively have to see the keyhole in the pitch black dark and you have your MVP2 in hand)
Mainly because of this little module

ledmodule_zps7123e376.jpg

moduleinmvp2_zpseb32018e.jpg

brighterthanyouthink_zpsf76a5b2a.jpg

C. Bluetooth to offload data (I saw one in an eGo...really, an eGo but NOT in an APV) and/or the ability to change the volts/watts thru the bluetooth (in conjunction with the manual setting)
D. I like the idea of a serviceable battery module (aka a few screws and the entire module slides out, plug in a replacement when the Li Ion finally wears out (and it will)

That light is super cool...I wonder how bright you could go with the MVP2 output?
