I have tried both MC and V. Neither will let me checkout! Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a similar problem on the 17th. Couldn't checkout using Amex and kept getting:

Error: 3-3-25-R---An error occurred during processing. Please try again.
Error: Failure in Processing the Payment (ps_authorize)

But for some reason it took my VISA cc data with no problem. Didn't hear back if the problem with Amex got fixed.

FWIW, yesterday I got an email from Robert that the problem was fixed, so I went back and replaced my order. Went through like a champ Thanks, Robert, as always, you da man!

So glad it's fixed. I can't afford another Reo but I may have ordered a new door.....or 4 An emerald green door with hold me over until I can find that elusive emerald green Reo.
