When I first joined here I was really surprised that eliquid was offered in flavors at all. Baked goods, fruit??? People here were going crazy- "if MrsT's don't send my eliquid today, I'm going back to ciggies" kind of stuff.

Lol I guess I thought it'd just taste like a cig somehow- tobacco or menthol.

I might have stuck with it if steeping had been thought of then. Mine had all nasty overtones.

I started with unflavored e joos after trying some free trials ecigs then that same day learning how to make my own out of vg. Health store on my blocks end, can hit it with a stones throw they had vg so ya.. Its definitely not bad, kinda sweet, but tasteless other than sweet. IDK about with nic added but str8 vg is sweetish and tasteless and you can feel a residue on your throat but that goes away after vaping it often.. No, me likes the flavors vaping but if its all I can have is unflavored which is never, (huge batch of diy flavors) then ya I would. Docs say flavors bad I would..

Its really cool that our base ejoos is so good, some people to enjoy their vape there -- that's awesome..

I used to drink coffee with cream or milk adding loads of sugar now love it dark and a touch of sugar..
Maybe my vape will -- Right now hecky no but one can never tell...

been vaping unflavored for 3 months nonstop. Tried a flavor last week from a friend she had in her tank. I about gagged at it. Unflavored is naturally a little sweet. Some people claim peppery depending on nicotine level and where you order. My dad says it's the closest thing to a Marlboro light and is lightyears better than the "flavor junk" in his words haha.

Agree on the Marlboro light - I used to smoke the Marlboro menthol light and have found a light menthol flavoring (2-3%) and you have the menthol light taste. Now what am I going to do with all those other flavorings?

Unflavored nic tastes different from each vendor. I use nic from Nude Nicotine, MFS and Ecigexpress. Each taste varies slightly. Some are more "peppery" than others. Nude nicotine is clean clean clean.

I find it much better than the eliquid made out there from the "gourmet" to the cheapos. I liken it to water. Not that it tastes like water, it just has a much better clean taste to me. Sometimes I will add a drop or two of FA black fire and FA dark vapour with a drop of vanilla in 30 ml.

I like unflavored much better than the premades out there. I buy a 250ml 36mg and cut it to 9. Lasted one lasted almost 6 months. 17 bucks for the 250ml and 24 bucks for a liter of pg and vg.

I don't even bother measuring. I just pour and test eyesight. Easy peasy.

Oh get a 15ml sample from nude nicotine. It's like 3 bucks that covers shipping.

What is the taste like with that? Is there a point to it? A drop per 2ML doesn't sound like you will even taste it?

If I was to make a 30ML bottle then I would only put 15 drops in, that's probably less than 1ML. Can you taste anything? And what wattage do you vape that at?

Well the flavors I mentioned are Superconcentrated, they recommend 3-5% of flavor, but in my experience I only need a drop per every two milliliters to have a good smooth flavor.

What you´ll find in DIY threads is that too much flavor (the liquid) means less flavor in the vape, so you need just the right amount: not too much, not too little. In the case of the vapingzone superconcentrated flavors I mentioned, a little drop goes a long way.
