What else should I order along with my 510?

Hey, there-

I've been using a Fifty-one Trio for the last few days, but I am planning on ordering a Joy510 kit from ecigexpress.com this weekend. I want to use the 12mg juice and will get some flavorings as well, but are there any other supplies I should get? Will it come with instructions on how to add the juice to the cartridges? My Fifty-ones are pre-filled and don't last for any time at all! Can I put more juice into the pre-filled cartridges? Also, will I be adding my flavorings to the cartridges after filling with the juice, or do I need to flavor the juice bottle itself? I can add flavoring to the tobacco flavored juices, right? Thanks in advance for any help I can get! I'm doing this to get off the analogs, and I'm already smoking half the amount of analogs in just the few days since I've started vaping!

Make sure you order enough parts and extra juice.

For a 510, I would recommend a minimum of 2 attys, 3 bats and 30 ml of juice.

You can order your juice pre-flavored. It will not come with refilling instructions because they hope you are not aware you can refill your own and you will continue to buy pre-filled carts from them.

But you can and it is easy. Just take out the filler material in the cart, fill it about half way up, replace the filler and top it off until it looks like a slushy. If liquid pools at the top. dab it off with a tissue or remove it with a dropper.

Vape!!

Hey!

I just got my Joye510 today. This is my first post, but I did a lot of reading prior to ordering.

The concensus seems to be that you should get a few extra batteries and a whole bunch of empty cartridges. I got 4 batteries in total and 30 empty carts. The carts are pretty cheap, and it's good to have a mix of different ones available.

Check out youtube for videos on filling carts. It's really easy, I use a toothpick to push the packing material out of the way and then drip the drops onto it. Send me a PM if you need more tips!

happy vaping!

You can add liquid to pre-filled cartridges by putting a few drops directly into them. How many drops would depend on the filler and its dryness. I usually just fill it till I can see the liquid. (NOTE: If you want to reuse the prefilled cartridges, you can just use the filler material it comes with.)

As for the flavoring, add it to the liquid in the bottle, not to the cartridge. Only add a little flavoring at first to test the concentration of flavor. You can always add more but cannot remove it. Yes, flavors can be added to tobacco.

Things to consider buying for your 510:

PCC: If you are out and about often this will charge your batteries
Extended Life Battery: If you vape a lot, this will be a lifesaver
Extra Atomizers: These things do die at unexpected moments
Car Charger: particularly if you are in the car for extended amounts of time.

Thanks a lot, everyone! I'm going to get the kit with two atomizers and two batteries, and plan on using my Fifty-one trio as back-up. I'll probably get an auto battery, too, since I do like my Trio. Do the empty cartridges come with filler or will I need to buy filler separately for them? I have a CRAPLOAD of tuberculine syringes (I'm diabetic, so my drug of choice is insulin!), so I may fiddle around with making small batches of flavored juice so I don't have to use my first full bottle of juice on ONE flavor. The Youtube tip is great.... I never would've even THOUGHT of checking there!

My kids don't know I smoke, so I'll still "sneak" outside, even though it's not analog! That just means I won't be vaping while on the computer or watching TV, so I think I'll save the USB passthrough until I get a good idea of how long the batteries are going to last me.

Thanks for all the tips!!

The prefilled cartridges come with filler, the cartridges that are not prefilled do not have filler so you will need to add it. Buy some anyway, you will want to change the filler every so often.

I have cartridges from 6 months ago that I still use.
