I would do a search or really just look in the mods forum and read up on them. There are tons of posts about them.

In simple terms it is a box that contains a few batteries, a switch, and a connector that your 510 atomizer and cart can fit / screw onto just like one of your standard batteries.

You push the switch, take a vape, done deal. Basically it is a nice, long lasting and replaceable energy (battery) source for your 510, rather than having to order new batteries all the time.

Take care,
- Hap

More than anything it will give alot longer battery life. Granted they are a little bigger than the stock battery. But people dont like having to charge their batts and keep changing em out all the time. You will get more consistent vapor from the bigger battery for a longer time..
The voltage isnt always higher but, it really does seem to do a better job.
There is also the Higher voltage Mods, Those usually run 5-6 volts+, and they will knock your socks off , but it has a learning curve so you dont blow attys out with the higher voltage..
I too would recommend a Mod, Pick one you like. you can get them anywhere from 30 for the simple box mod to 200 for the higher end manufactured mods that some suppliers have.
If you are just looking to try one and dont want to spend a ton of money, try the classifieds first..
