What fiber filling to put in empty blank cartridge?

I only did it once with Blue Foam a long time ago just as an experiment and worked fairly well.
I filled all of my cartridges with cheese, makes for great mouce trap bait. About the only other use for a cartridge that I can think of is that they would keep spiders from making nests in my atties when in long term storage.
Oh, did I mention that I think cartridges are kinda 2009, and I hate them?

Harsh, but true. I think with all these clearo/coil systems and rebuildable atomizers, the traditional atomizers are on the way out, too.
When I was using carts, I bought a big bag of polyfill that I used to stuff fresh carts. I still have 99.9% of the stuff.
Fish/Pet shops sell a 'fiber filter' material used for aquarium filters. That should do the trick. 
I bleieve OP is looking into buying clearos or cartos so I think this is just temporary.
Would be better off removing the filler from the cartridge and using it for a drip tip then.
I agree. I changed re stuffed one cartridge and then discovered other delivery systems thanks to ECF Vets...I thanked them and I still remember their response/ those words to this day..."we're real good at spending other people's money"
i really hope they don't get rid of atomisers as that's all i use. my atomisers last 2 or 3 months so work out pretty cheap . i am guessing 5 will last a year when using the dripping method with unfavoured juice with a bit of menthol in it . way cheaper than cartomisers .
Indeed I am. Ordering some new technology, but gotta deal with what I've got for the meanwhile. I worried I might've messed up the atomizer when I first tried just filling the blank cartridge, but if that is fine to do then I won't fret about filler. I actually like topping off my used menthol cartridges since it complements many flavors. But I just find I'm topping off way too frequently which is annoying, and so I shall move into the realm of the big boys and girls.
Hey you're off and running so it's all VERY good. We ALL had the same issues when we began and I think you're doing great. My first foray into vaping- burnt out 2 cartos and shorted/ killed a 2400 mah battery on the first day...not to mention the various juice spills

Wow. Glad you stuck with it. I think that would have sent me into Hulk rage mode.
LOLLL wife and I were at the cottage my first day and afterwards she told me she's never ever seen me so intense and focused. Thank Gawd she accepts all my faults. One year later and although she's never smoked I can still talk her ear off about vaping...she's so very supportive and it breaks my heart when I read about spouses/ partners that aren't supportive. Up until I began vaping the only obstacle in life that had me beat was smoking and when vaping presented itself I was bound and determined.
