I currently smoke Benson & Hedges full flavor (I'm going to have one after I finish this post). Which e cigarette and what flavor would be best for me?

I recommend either the 510, or the Vapor King. I haven't personally tried the VK, but a lot of folks around here swear by it. The 510 is the most popular model these days, and I love mine.
As far as flavors... that's harder to recommend. Everyone is different. I smoked full flavor cigs for 25+ years, and I'm not a fan of the tobacco flavored juice. I like cappucino, mocha, chocolate, etc. There is no juice that will taste how your cigs tasted. And honestly, cigs tasted like crap to begin with, really. Tobacco e-juice tastes like what tobacco smells like before you burn it. You may want to find a supplier who offers sample packs, and give a few different flavors a try and see what works for you.
