Hi all,

I recently bought a ego Twist and a vivi nova. I also got a strawberry passion I think it is, and it works great.

I want my wife to use that, and I am going to buy a vamo and several other juices from canvape.

Question is, what stuff should I be getting with the vamo? What is a good setup? and one that I would not have to make another order in a week? I like the vivi nova.. lots of vapor and great taste.

I like to have 3 or 4 items loaded with juice for switching, but I also want to get something for dripping when I get lots of new flavours of juice.

thanks all

I think you have the perfect combo. I tried lots of stuff but to me, the vamo and vivi nova are meant for each other. Slap that 2.8 ohm head in there and set it to 7.5 watts. Good to go. Plus they are ridiculous cheap. I'm pretty knew to all this but I've been buying stuff left and right. And I think you already found the match made in vape heaven. Let me know if you find a comparible combo!

Hi Pestman and welcome to ECF! If you like Vivi Nova's, buy a few and make them your go-to vape hardware while you experiment with other devices. VN's have top coils. You could try one of the bottom coil clearos out there. A lot of people like the Protank. They vape a bit different and are cooler. I really like cartomizers in tanks. Great vape if done right. Pretty much every device will have people who love them and people who hate them, so you really have to check things out for your self. Every device will also have little tricks that will help you make the most of them.

For dripping I use a simple inexpensive dripping atty. Chose between 2.5 to 3 ohms for use with the Vamo. I would not go over 2.5 ohms for the Twist. HTH.

I started with the ego twist and bought a few kanger protanks. I really liked them and the combo had a good clean looks. I picked up a vivi nova and liked it as well. Then I upgraded to the vamo. I love the vamo! I haven't picked up my twist since then. Only thing you have to be careful with those tanks bc if you over tighten your tank on the vamo it can mess up your center pin. Same with the twist but the beauty cone prevents that on the twist. The ring does not fit the v2 vamo I heard it does on the newer v3 version, I can't say from personal experience though. I picked up a ego cone cover for dctanks for 2.99, well worth the money to save wear and tear on your vamo. I highly recommend the vamo with the cone cover and the vivi nova(I've been having problems with the protanks on it) but the nova works every time for my and I really enjoy the vape from it.... I've picked up some of the mini vivi novas size is nice but I prefer the bigger tank any day over the mini. Hope this helps!

I love my Vamo with an Iclear 30. Lots of flavour and tons of vapor. It's dual coil and they're at the top, so it's a warmer vape (which I love). It also seems to go through juice a bit faster, but I'm willing to pay that price for the tasty vape I get!

I find bottom coils too cool and airy on the draw, but lots of people love those very aspects. Consider ordering from Fasttech (they're cheap and have free shipping) and maybe check out both some top and bottom coil clearomizers and see what you prefer.

Good luck in your journey!

Edit: sorry, read your post too quickly... I see your looking for a dripping atomizer. I've got an Igo-l for dripping and I'm very happy with that. Fairly easy to build coils on.
