What goes where

Forgive my newbness but...

I've read several places that 'this juice goes in a silver carto' and 'this juice goes in this kind of carto'. So my question is, is there a rule for what juices to put in what types/colors of cartos; or is this a thing that is strictly preference that you learn over time?

Maybe people were just stating that they put a specific juice in a specific colored carto to help keep the flavors straight? I really don't know, to the best of my knowledge and experience you can load up any carto with any juice.

Anything with filler material, like a cartomizer or atomizer works better with thinner juices that contain a high percentage of PG.

VG juices ... you just have to experiment. Dripping works well with VG. 50/50 pg/vg will work in most attys/cartos and even clearomizer tanks. If it has to wick into something to reach the bowl, keep it thin. 70/30 is a good choice if you prefer a mix.

Awesome, thanks for the detailed info! I actually ordered 50/50's for my first juices, so I guess I'll just see how it goes. I'll try 70/30 next to see if it improves the experience any.

With higher VG juice I just take more time to fill (it wicks much slower) and leave it sit much longer (often fill the night before and top off in the AM) I have never had an issue doing this even with 100% VG juices YMMV
