Consider yourself lucky is right. When I first started vaping I called TW to make my order over the phone and they gave me a price which was $40 over what I had in my "cart" online. Then the girl asked me, "Don't you want some extra carts with your purchase?" I said, "No, aren't the carts that come with able to be refilled?" The woman on the phone said "Oh no, those are pre-filled carts..." as if I could not refill them.... Great strategy... If you never want customers to buy from you again......

I'm sure this will be deleted, but good thing for a cache. If it is deleted I will post this on every vaping forum I find.

I don't want anything more from TW. I don't expect any reply to my emails about the over quote and false advertisement of carts (as both my emails seem to have been completely ignored). I can only say that I trusted in TW when making my first PV and e-liquid purchase and it seems I found nothing but lies....

The worst part of the matter is that I referred smokers who were looking to quit smoking to TW. That will never happen again...................

I placed an order from TW (UK) on Friday afternoon, and it arrived at 8:00am Saturday morning, how's that for service !

Snowmonkey, I agree that's bad advice you recieved. But I presume that was just a case of a badly informed member of staff ?

A large part of TW's business is selling liquid for people to refill carts with, so I don't see them adopting the "carts can't be refilled" myth as a "sales Strategy" really.
Maybe a new member of staff. Not good, but I'm sure it doesn't happen to often. I know all the staff at TW (UK) are great, friendly and VERY helpful.

Yeah you can't really blame a company as a whole on one staff member that mislead you information. BUT, it does seem that so many people are having trouble with the TW USA site and a lot of great feedback from TW UK website. I've received great customer service from the UK site and so has my buddy who I do orders with, so in saying that, I really do not know what to expect from the USA store because of, well, lack of experience with them.

I have to say that this does look like a US problem, I generally get my TW orders within 2 or 3 days.

I have had to use their customer service twice, on both occasions I was treated well and my problems were sorted out quickly and to my satisfaction.

I have to agree. My orders have always arrived within 1 or 2 working days and have had nothing but good customer service on the one and only time i had a problem. I have been buying from Pillbox since August 2008.
Why don't you buy from TW US ? Could be a Customs problem.
Once the FDA gets jurisdiction over E-Cigs it will be illegal for TW or any other British Supplier to Supply you anyway.

This was my 1st experience with TW:

just ordered 10 DV flavours, 10 loranns and 10 attys.. heheh - on friday 11th from UK, shipped monday 14th 10am, arrived in my country 4pm on friday 18th.. just got it today at 1pm. The 5 work days is at par with the xmas rush and the hangup was definately with the special freighted flights they have for the season.. last order from the uk on nov. 22nd took exactly 60h from the moment it got handed to royal mail to when it got to my hands..

Despite the eventual possibility for an occasional sale mishap (order 300k+ thats soome biz huh) all the 30 items matched the order exactly so i'm happy.

Loranns came packed in 3s with bubble wrap to avoid any glass incident, nice touch. The 1st 801 atty i throw in the JS vapes like a ...... seeing as the 30% sale made them 1/3 of the cost of where i got the original one i decided to go for it, although people reported they leaked, i must say they're a considerable improvement. I was planning on testing them all but since they have no warranty, i'm not in a hurry to break the moist (on the inside, obviously) plastic wrap. Tomorrow i might check them with a multimeter.. and hope to find the time to try at least one of the 'new' 15 flavours i got (some i got twice - fellin lucky ;)

I placed a TW UK order on Dec 15th to be sent to USA. Got an email it shipped on Dec 18th. I tried to use the tracking number but it only says it was shipped and customer service says that is all they know - is there no tracking for UK to USA delivery?

I am hoping they aren't being held at customs. Anyone else get a xmas delivery in USA from UK this week?

I made my UK order on Dec 14th and arrived to US on Dec 18, I received yesterday Dec 26th. The same tracking number works on the USPS site.

Thanks so much for the info - yes that tracking number did work at USPS. I got a little more info that said my pkg was received at New York on Dec 22. So that must mean it got thru customs and hopefully will get to me by the end of the week?

This is my first order and I'm gettin excited about trying vaping for the first time. V V - still a vapin virgin for now I guess. :lol: LOL

If you order from the TW US site, is that order actually filled in the UK? I was a little confused since it showed an office and office hours in the US (fla) but there is never any answer at that phone number and I hate voicemail. I have been ordering from China since I started and it has never taken a full week to get my products. As a matter of fact, there were a couple of juices that I like there, ordered them the day after my TW order and am now waiting to see which arrives first. China (Heavens Gift) does at least show shipped and trackable at this time but my TW order only shows paid. The race is on.

No DaBrat, the UK TW is different then the USA TW; I was confused for a while too!

I wanted to comment on this as well, I have stated many problems here on the forums with TW USA and no longer use or recommend the company. I am not the only one who has posted on these issues, but usually the posts get deleted very quickly. I have no desire to rehash these problems again in this thread and do not want to start a flame war; this is not the purpose of this post.

I DO want to point out for everyone in the UK that I did not know that Totally Wicked UK and Totally Wicked USA were two totally different entities! I have spoken in PM with several UK members discussing this in great length. From those conversations I have determined that Totally Wicked UK is likely a great company to deal with, which is why so many UK posters here get defensive when they see people bashing Totally Wicked. If you look at these forums and go over the complaint threads aimed at Totally Wicked, you will find that 99% of them are people located in the USA. I hope that everyone understands there is a difference. I am very tempted to order something from Totally Wicked UK just to see how different things are with that branch of the company.

The only thing I can compare this to is T-Mobile US vs T-Mobile UK. Here in the US T-Mobile has some really terrible coverage and CS. In the UK I am told they are not only a major provider but are highly rated in customer satisfaction. This is a perfect example of how the same business is run in two different countries, with very different results.

For my part in bashing TW, I apologize to my original ignorance in declaring the blanket statement "Totally Wicked is a horrible company to deal with, don't use them." I now know I was wrong and very misinformed. My statement should have read "Totally Wicked USA is a horrible company to deal with, don't use them." I truly believe that the UK branch is probably much better than the USA branch.

I sincerely hope the Red Coats that run TW UK start cracking the whip on the Rebel Colonists here and get them in line! :):poke!:: All sarcasm aside, Bear Grylls is my personal hero and BBC news puts all US news to shame with honest and mostly unbiased reporting! Thank you!)

TW liquid has some really great ejuice, one of the best I have tried. I would love to order from them again, but refuse to deal with the USA branch till they publicly apologize to all of us customers that have had problems with their faulty products and poor CS. Please stop deleating our posts, and formally address the issues that have been going on here in the USA.

wow i wish i knew about the problems people are having with TW USA. I just ordered my first PV kits and some extra liquid from them on Thursday and all it's telling me is "in progress, pending e-check" i asked customer service why it went from "shipping" to this in progress stuff and all they said was you paid by check and that it could take up to a week for everything to go thru

Thank you! Honestly, that’s all it took. Removed the negative bit about Totally Wicked USA from my sig here on the forum and will send you an email when I get a chance. Thank you very much for taking an active role in the USA division. Please understand, my gripe was NOT being petty over just one bad unit or a phone call with just one rep. When I get comments like your CS rep telling me “it’s your [the customers] fault, you bought something that was new to the market and yes, it seems we need to refine it a little, but let’s not forget, you bought it from us knowing it was new.” What do you expect me to say? It’s my fault for buying your products? I’m sorry I won’t do it again!

Anyway, it’s done and you seem to have a handle on things so I am moving on and look forward to using TW products again. I just hope everything gets sorted out like you say it will. Time will tell.

I saw the new tornado you have coming out, it looks amazing! Not only do you have it priced less than the other vendor selling it under a different name, but you include extra parts in the kit that they do not. I really wanted to pick one up from TW, but again was concerned with my past experiences with the company. Hopefully this changes. : )

Pillbox, what if the issue cannot be resolved through customer service?

I had an issue that never got resolved at the end because I became extremely frustrated with such a long drawn out process, especially dealing with an unprofessional person (Amanda). I have a record of the emails and can send them if you are interested.

I recommended TW to many people in my personal life, as well as on this forum. I had a couple of issues, and then this finally happened, enough was enough, and I found other companies to deal with.

I like TW and the products though, and thought this might be good information for you to use in order to correct the current deficiencies.
