I know that there is a Boxer 20700 but I thought that was going to be the new thing.
Anyone know of any 20700 mods other than the Boxer?

I avoided 26650's like the plague. Now, since the VapeDroid C1D2 came out, they're about all I use. that's the best mod for the money I've seen yet. With all the $ invested in 18650 batteries by most vapers, I don't think they'll be a major thing for quite a while. (didn't 18650 mods start out in a niche type of deal as well? and 26650s?)
There will always be 18650's. Computers, power tools..... there's a million more uses for the 18650 than just vaping.I thought it would catch on quickly as a 20700 is almost the same size as an 18650 but obviously more capacity.
I don't really care if they catch on as I have a dozen 18650 Provaris and over 30 18650 mech mods. I am slightly concerned with 18650 availability a few years down the road if 20700 becomes the new standard.

Plus, an adapter is all we'll need to use 18650's in a 20700 space. I doubt 18650's are going away anytime soon.
Give it a couple of years and we'll see what the score is.
I don't know if what I heard comes from a reliable source or not (i can't even remember where I heard it, to be honest). But, what I heard it's that the 20700 batteries were not created for vaping. Nor were they created for computers. They are manufactured for hybrid cars, if you can believe that. I have the Vaporz Cloud XXX mod right now. I plan to get the stacked extender for it, and later the Ijoy Capitan. For those that have a 20700 mod and no batteries for it. If you don't want to go through fasttech to get your batteries, you could try aspenvalleyvapes.com. at the moment, they have them. The are the Only batteries, not Sanyo, just so you know.
