what happened to my juice?

i bought a 250 ml bottle of menthol juice from you Chris, about month& half ago. just opened it today. i am very disappointed. it is colored juice. i have been buying juice from you for over a year, never got colored juice. it tastes nothing like the clear menthol juice i have been buying from you in the past.
could you please explain to me why you switched juices ? i very much liked the clear menthol juice i have bought from you in the past. i do not like the new colored menthol juice.

I haven't switched juices. Not sure what6 might have happened other than we did run low on 24mg Menthol mix from China so I added my nicotine to 0mg Menthol and it actually should be a better grade of nicotine. Anyway ..I will redo your order and send it out today. Let me know when it gets there. What was the order #?
