What happened to my profile

I haven't been on ECF for a few months (went back to the cigs) and when I logged on today I noticed my verified member status has gone and all my posts have been reset to zero. Is this normal to happen and is there any way of getting my old profile back to as it was?

i guess you got lost somewhere! you also should be showing as ecf vet but not with your post count down to 6!

I accessed your history in the forum control panel and see nowhere in time where you were ever a Verified Member, this cannot be removed by anyone. I have every request for Verified Member since the inception of the program and have no request from you. If someone had deleted all your post, I would be able to see them and I don't see where anyone has deleted any of your post.

I searched reports and bans and there are no actions against your account.

According to the forum you created your account in June of 2012 and your first post was July 4th 2013, this post here.

This being said, I'm not saying you are lying, only that according to the information I have, it doesn't appear you have been using the forum for the last year. Is it possible you are thinking of another forum?

Hi joker. This is very strange I did join in June 2012 and I definately did the verification thing through Paypal and I know it was ECF as this is the place I learnt everything from when I first started vaping.
The only other forum I am a member of is UK vapers which I signed up to yesterday, but it is not a big problem I will start my profile all over again and hopefully this doesn't happen again.
