What happened to the Alerts popup at top-right?

I hate the one at the bottom - seems to always pop up right in my way!!

But the Alerts notification at top right was very useful - hovered it and it gave a list that I could click on to go to the thread.

Now I have to actually click on Alerts and load the Alerts page.

Did I accidentally change something in my settings? Or did ECF change something?

I use chrome, with an ad blocker, but pop ups are allowed on this site. Don't know a thing about Firefox.

If you shrank your window, it could affect the way you are seeing some alerts. We've not changed the alert number/notice at the top right above the Alerts button. The alert notice at the lower left was always there though.

I've been having trouble with my eyes the last day or two and had upped the zoom level on my browser - went back to 100% and everything is back the way I like it!!
