5 days have passed, still processing. Is there a reason for order delays?

I would have ordered the black, but didn't want to wait the extra shipping time estmated when ordering.

My order says ships in 3-5 days, your order says ships in 10-15 days. Seems as though shipping time has gone up since I ordered.

It has due to the mass amounts of orders placed on the 15th. However, in the case of the OP, yours said 3-5 days which is the amount of time for your order. I believe someone from ProVape did post about lead times and which ever time frame you were given is the time you should have allowed. Since you have reached that time, I would contact them to confirm the order.

They have been swamped from what I can tell and doing a site upgrade at the same time. So it definitely wouldn't hurt to check up on it.

Could it be the 18650 batts being OOS til Thurs 22nd? I skipped the 18650 and bought a few 18490 instead due to that fact and mine shipped out within hrs of the blue led special

I would hope they'd ship the Provari and backorder the batteries if that were the case. Batteries were just thrown in as extras.

Yeah, the ship times for all products went to 10-15 days after about 1 hr of orders were placed on the site. Guess in that time they sold some 200-300 units and wanted future orders marked with enough lead time that they could process them within the terms.

As for the hold up, I can confirm that it is due to the 18650 batteries being out of stock and many avoided ordering them for the very reason of not wanting their ordered delayed.

Hope they get them in stock soon and you guys get your orders marked shipped.

i dont think they ship anything seperate, if the batts are out of stock im pretty sure they wait to ship the whole box out at once, shipping charges and what not

Well, I would cancel the batteries then if it would let me or if I knew when the order was placed. I've never dealt with a vendor that does not include a phone number for such issues.

Heard back from my email and 18650 batteries are the reason for delayed shipping.

Just removing the batteries from the order is not an option, I asked. All that was offered was to cancel the order and I'd have to re-order. That would put me in the 10-15 day wait with everyone else.

Would have been nice if the order entry indicated the battery delay.

What was the lead time on the product page for the batteries when you ordered them? IIRC, the shipping/returns page on their site indicates that they don't ship partial orders. I too wanted my order to ship ASAP so I didn't order any extras that indicated a longer lead time.

They were add-ons to 3-5 day shipping. No indication of extra lead time when ordering.

Just have to hope now that the batteries come in soon.

Part of the problem is that if you click the add battery (1-4 units) directly in the order page, they don't show lead times like they do on the actual product elsewhere in the site. So unless you happened to read the sortage issue on ECF or looked at the battery order page, one would not have had a clue. I already had 18650s but thought I'd throw in 2 more, but got lucky and found out a few days in advance reading the threads while working and avoided those batteries for this very reason.
