Gutter, update on the cable from Fender. I got it in the mail and tried it out and it works like a charm with the Slide interface. I'm really happy that the guy sent it like he said he would. I've had the interface since Xmas and haven't been able to use it with my ipad. One other thing I was thinking about and maybe you can answer for me. Do you know if I can hook up the headphone jack from the Slide to output to my amp instead of using headphones?

yeah, you should be able to just grab a 1/4 to 1/8 inch adapter and tweak the headphone out volume untill it's not distorting (start with it low and work up)and be good to go.

Great news. I already have one of those adapters that I use with an old set of headphones that has a 1/4" plug. I'll have to give it a try tonight.
I never did try it yet. I will. I haven't practiced since my last post. I know, I'm a slacker.

Just a lot of stuff going on. There was a talent show last night at the high school and two boys played guitar and drums. The guitar player played some basic rock riffs from different songs and the drummer was really good.
you should go ahead and poach that drummer. they're like gold these days.
i saw where some of the new cloupor box mods are catching fire at random? seems like cloupor thinks that reports of 50 of them melting down or burning is no biggie?

Yikes! Someone on the smokeless thread just won one in a contest but it was the 150w unit.
Gutter I finally got a chance to run the slide to my amp. It worked great using garage band on the iPad. I had the amp turned down pretty low but didn't have any feedback issues.
strangely enough, i guess i've gotten hit by the regulated cloud bug.
i'm debating about one of the mini sigelei's:

That's cool that you can turn the board off. I've been thinking about trying an Atlantis or something. I bought so many aspire heads on coops that I really need to stick with those for a while.
