What has happened in Jacksonville,Texas?

Has the rep from Jacksonvile,Texas visited with the Mayor and Council members. If so,what is the status there? I mailed all the research information to the Mayor,but if one of his constituents doesn"t visit him that will be to no avail. Attentions is paid to local voters---not generally to someone 500 miles away. Jacksonville,Texas let me know.
