Let me start by saying I am new. Been vaping about a month and using my eVic for about 5 days. I love it and am excited about the digital tech aspect of the future of our hobby.

What I think would be really cool is if my vivi novas had some sort of chop that would identify them to the eVic individually so the eVic or other computerized apv would recognize them.

My vision is that I screw my nova onto my apv and it displays the flavor name and sets the voltage/wattage to my preference for that particular flavor/clearo or tank. Of course you would have to enter the values and names into the software but how cool would that be?! Just change tanks/clearos and the device tells you the flavor and adjusts to your settings!
I think this is very achievable!

What are your visions???

Interesting thought but my take on this is:
Auto settings is pretty much handled already by using a variable wattage device such as the Zmax or Kick or any of the other VW devices out there. They already actively check the tank resistance and set the output power accordingly. I can see maybe having the ability to manually set parameters and have them saved, but like I said, for me, the VW devices work excellent in this regard.

Flavor: Well, not sure this would work for me as I find myself adding different Flavors to ankhs all the time and this would just be more of a hassle than its worth and for this to happen all the smarts would have to be in the atty which would make them significantly more expensive, IMO.

I like how you're thinking though.
