I picked this up from a guy here in the Philippines who just opened his own small shop. He called it a V6 Bulldog but admits he's never used one, he just ordered the stuff from China. The box did have V6 written on it, but no other markings. Can't find anything like it and since it's not coiled, I'm having to figure out how to build my own coil with this thing. If it had just the 2 posts inside, no problem, but this has +/- posts (with the screws) and another negative post (without a screw). I don't know what function it serves but the top cap screws down on it with a longer screw to kinda lock the thing together. This leaves only a small portion of this upper disk/shelf unobstructed for a coil and the entire upper disk is connected positive.

Anyway, if anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. I only bought it cuz it looked kinda kewl and it helps out the guy with the new shop. Now I have to figure out what to do with the darn thing....

Oh Holy crap.....I just now realized the top cap where the silver - colored plastic mouthpiece screws in is a 510 thread so I pulled out my meter and find that those threads basically pass - through the battery voltage and can connect another device on top. Why you would want to do this, I don't know but it works and might be kewl to combine flavors like that - see below pic.

So any help would be appreciated. I'm now dying to see what it's like running both tanks at the same time or even if it's possible.

Wow......63 views so far and no one can identify this. I will say I was able to get it coiled up, just ran a double wick and coil to the obvious "+" and "-" terminals and put one wick's ends down through the holes and cut the other wick short to make the coil fatter. Seemed to vape ok, but was really airy. I've since figured out how to cure that. Slight leak in the bottom tank O-ring but I managed to correct that as well.

As for piggy backing tanks, it works but there's some math involved. This tank measured out at 2.3 ohms and the tank on the top (the "piggy-backed" one) was 2.8 ohms. When I connected them together, it read 1.3 ohms on both the DMM and the Vmax. So....it looks like it's a parallel circuit. I had some Red Bull juice in the bottom tank and some Camel tobacco juice in the top. I could taste both, but it wasn't pretty.

I like the idea, but with stacked tanks it starts to look bulky and ugly. Might be a nice twist to play with around the house. Fruit bonanza in the bottom tank and some mint in the top might be nice. Still waiting on my friends supplier to send pics of a dual coil build so I can try that too.

On a side note, I decided when the V6 Bulldog tank was empty a few hours later, that I would remove the coil and wait until the suppliers build pictures arrived. When I tried to connect a regular Vivi Nova tank, I got an F2 error (shorted coil). Regardless of which atty I try now, I still get F2.....even a brand new 510 cheapy atty gives me an F2. The supplier of my Vmax wanted me to check the rubber grommet under the positive post, (which I did), but I still get F2 whenever I attach anything. I have about 30 CE4's, a dozen or so Vivi Novas, 40-50 510 attys and a few DCT's and what not. All throw the F2 when attached to the Vmax. Without anything attached I get the 9.9o reading showing an open, but put an atty on there and it throws an F2. Any ideas?

Looks like some variation of a Smoktech rebuildable tank.

Google Smoktech rebuildable tank and you'll see examples similar to yours.

Vape On!

I check Smoktech's site 2-3 times a week and have never seen anything like this. Not saying it doesn't exist, I've just never seen it and I was in there a few minutes ago. Can you provide a link to a product, Smoktech or otherwise, that resembles this? I don't care who finds out the information, I'm just looking for some guidance as to how to build a coil the way the manufacturer intended. This isn't a Genesis, Bulltank or Phoenix or one of it's knock-offs. It's completely foreign to everything I've seen and nothing on Smoktech's site looks even remotely similar. I can provide more pics or a video if that would help make it clearer.

I know you want to help, but if you don't know, you need not reply.

I'm with ya bud.....thanks. That does look similar, but it's not quite it. Some other chap seems to have nailed it, but I'll check it out, thanks....!!

NP - the device is very similar and the link shows clear pictures of how the wick and coil are assembled so that should help you.

No problem Cratskull.

These were being offered in a co-op here, but the manufacturer pulled them from sale at the last moment just before the order was to be placed.

Sorry there isn't any more info or shots with a wick/coil installed.

Do you know of anyone that actually bought one in the past? Would really like to talk to someone that's messed with one like I have....they are really quirky.....LOL

I don't know anyone who got one.

Like I said they were just about to be ordred when they pulled them from availability.

They said they had some issues with the design. No clue exactly what that means.

The concept is really, really kewl.....

Probably not the most thought out device, but I like what they were thinking. Stackable tanks were their initial idea, but they just had to work out a few bugs. I'm picking up another one tomorrow and seeing what I can do with a pair of them......LOL
