What is "25R jean" on Samsung 18650 2500?

There is a great sale currently on the above battery. I'm wondering if it's a good battery to use on my istick 60w TC and 40w TC. The 40 w TC says Max 2600 so guessing a little lower is fine.

I just have know idea what the 25R means?

Am I allowed to tell y'all the name if the vender selling these 2 for $10?

The 25 refers to the 2500mAh capacity. I think the R denotes it's 'round' form factor but I'm not sure.
