What is a BE-112? What does it compare to? What is it compatible to?

It is a pen style that is compatible with the 801 and most other pen styles. It is regarded as very reliable. I have had one for a month and I am very happy with it. Decent battery life, very good atomizer and works every time. I like that it produces a good amount of cool vapor, flavor is fine as well.

Yep, 801 made by bestecig over at BestEcig-Newest Mini E-cigarette|E-cigarette|wholesale e-liquid. Heard their batteries aren't very good, but I like their atomizers better than most. BE112 probably has the best rep of any of the 801 styles atomizers.
