So much for brotherly love I guess.
Harm reduction and choice of flavourings is the key..... every analog he replaces with using the PV is hours extended on his own life AND a much more enjoyable tasting fix of nicotine.
I still smoke analogs... and gradually dwindling down (under a pack a day compared to years of 2-3 packs a day). Am I wasting my time ? or disappointed at my progress ? HELL NO !! My new non smoking vehicle is a joy to drive in, and my house certainly is far less cloudy and stale/stink filled, and I'm good with that.
My initial reason for buying and using a PV was not to "quit" smoking, but rather to reduce the harm I had been doing to myself and to those I love around me. In my case the process is a slow transition, but at least I'm on the right path with an open door to transform into a non smoker "for real" if and when "I'm" ready.

Empty carts can be cleaned and refilled with vape juice of your choice (there's LOTS !!).

How many did you get with your kit/purchase ??
Aside from the stuffing in them needing replacing after a few cleanings/washings, the carts themselves could be used indefinately, unless your one who chews on them while vaping (don't laugh, its common, lol).

It appears that your carts are out of juice. Be careful that you don't burn out the attys because of no juice, the atty likes to be wet.
And you don't need to clean the atty.
I"ve never had pre-filled carts perform well nor taste good....
I believe you were given a link previously about using the 510 in this thread (sorry if I'm wrong about that), go and read it. As well, look in the DIY juice forum section if you wish to try that route, or order up some samplers from Rob at Vapables to try out.
Before you refill your carts, rince them out (as well as the stuffing) preferably with distilled water and let dry (blow out the cart right after rinsing. blow through the mouthpiece while blocking the main hole that goes into the atomizer to clear out any liquid in the air chambers). You can dab dry your stuffing, or replace it and refill the cart with juice.
