Anyone have a good recommendation on a good e cig to buy for sitting at home and doing serious vaping?? I was looking at the screwdriver one through totally wicked and wanted to know is it a good buy and if so does it take any parts from the Joye 510 like carts or attys??? If not the screwdriver then what does everyone recommend???

There is no PV that "everyone" recommends.;) There are many that a great many people recommend, depending on your priorities (and budget).

When you say 510 these days, I think the eGO (e.g., Janty, Heaven Gifts, Happy Vapor) aka Tornado (Totally Wicked). It uses the 510 atty and vapes just like a 510 (i.e., 3.2-3.7V, not 5 or 6V), but for much longer (650 mAh instead of 150 mAh). A complete kit is 80 bucks, but you could just purchase the battery, cone, and charger and use it with your 510 attys.

When you say "serious vaping" and "sitting at home," I think 5V passthrough. Most 510 PTs have an inline battery and are not 5V. The least expensive true 5V is $20 (sold by ElectroNicStix and perhaps others). Higher priced, more durable ones are the PureSmoker PT and VP PT (the latter sold by VaprLife, VapeTalk, and DIETsmokes). The PureSmoker is somewhat less than $70; the VP is somewhat more (and comes with a special AC adapter for use while away from a computer USB port).

Portable "serious vaping" takes us into the vast world of mods ... and there are so many good ones. There is a wonderful comprensive listing/description/categorization of mods by ECF member, ViZi. [I'm writing this post from my Blackberry and can't look up the URL. Search ECF for threads I started; it is a fairly recent one.]

I suggest that you also ask your question in the New Members forum to get a lot of other points of view.

Enjoy the exciting adventure of vaping!
