So using a VV with a LR atomizer is kind of like a waste? I read somewhere that the total watts with a LR atomizer and 3.7 volt device is very similar to a 5 volt device with a regular resistance atomizer (I'm guessing 2.5 ohm is regular resistance). Sorry for asking so many questions already, but what would I have to do to get the maximum possible wattage on my vaporizer (e.g. getting the vaporizer to produce as much vapor as possible). It's not because I want to vape crazy amounts like that, but it would be nice to have that option :)

LR's are not a waste on VV's. VV's, imho really make them shine. myself, i try to max the voltage out according to the carto or atty im using based on its resistance because each and every one of them have their own personality. for instance. right now i have my VV set to 5.1 with a Boge XL at 3.1 ohms. the next carto i slap on in my tank i might have to raise my voltage by .1 or decrease it by .1 even though it may ohm out at the same resistance.

all of this is highly subjective I usually jsut guess where it needs to be and increase the voltage by .1 and try it out until i start tasting a burnt taste and then adjust it down by .1 until that taste is gone.

Dont get stuck on wattage get stuck on taste :) :toast:

im commenting on the bold part: you will need a device that does not fluxuate durring the vape to give you the max wattage. there are only a handfull of devices, that I am aware of, that do not bounce around durring the vape. I will let others tell you the best option because i am highly biased toward the provari.
