What is better EGo or RIVA for life of batt? And Is there any good sales that are going to be around the 25th of the month on either type? We want two batts two attys with each kit.
In a head to head bench test my eGo 650mAH and Riva 750mAH (advertised capacities) lasted "just about" the same amount of time on my tester (relatively small sampling size). Of course, the larger 900/1000mAH versions are a different story.
From what I read in another thread, the Riva battery, although listed as larger than the eGo it doesn't hold true. I just ordered the 900mah eGo from DragonFly so will review it when I get it.
I'm debating between the two right now too LOL! LIberty Flights is having an AWESOME sale today- $30 Riva kits and $40 eGo kits. Just click the 20% off banner in the upper left corner on their main page I'm so dang sick of changing my 510 Mega batteries every 3 hours of the day
I've had both for some time and they last about the same. I suggest to never depend on one unit for all your vaping needs. Get several if you can and rotate them. Carry more than one. Have spares of all things you need.
I can't make a fair comparison because my eGo batt is a 900mah. My Riva's will last about 6-8 hours on average. The eGo will last me from the time I get up in the morning until I go to bed and still not be completely run out. I just throw it on the charger overnight so it's ready to go the next morning.
