My local flavours are weak in the sense it's use for baking...

I ran into a similar issue when I first tried DIY, I was using Beau flavourings, had to go up to 35% Custard to get it tasting right. Other flavours needed less (Strawberry 22%), but the end result was far from great, they tasted far harsher than the mixes I make today.

As others have said, you should ditch the brand you are using and go for a far more concentrated known brand (TFA, FA, INW etc), the results will be worth it.

You should be careful using off the shelf flavorings meant for baking or eatting. They might contain oils or other things you don't want to be inhaling. Use one of the vendors recommended here.

Arggghh... I can taste the Pineapple flavour when took a drop on my finger, but no taste when vaping...

Are you AGING the juice at all?? Or just doing a steep on it? Or mixing and vaping?

Well if you were making a drink, or food, I would say use less sugars or to add salt. In order to bring out the fruit flavors and natural sweetness. Never heard of anyone using saline or salt in juice though. So, I would start with NO sweetener, and add it as required, 1 or 2 drop at a time.
