Thanks Bernie! I usually buy tru-stone tips. I would assume wood would be softer but I can't really tell the difference between this and my other ones. I think it has lots of coats of shellack to protect the wood from the e-liquid so it feels pretty hard & shiny. This is my first wood tip though... maybe someone else can chime in.
I'd say it would have to be some sort of food grade epoxy resin so people didn't run around poisoning themselves with the tips...lol
