Looks like some sort of tank the screw, i assume, is for filling, but thats just my take on it

Looks like a homemade drip shield over the top of a 306 atty (thus the large drip tip)

Fancy looking rig, I'll say that.

Perhaps the screw keeps it in place/or kept it in place where originally used.
A shift knob would have a screw like that.

Looks like stickers. I can see one or two places where it buckles.

Only thing I can offer is that it doesn't look like a tank. Look on the right side where the tip meets the globe. They appear to be separate pieces.
