i'm with you ken. i don't want to have to pay that much attention while
vaping. many times it's like a pacifier on an auto battery and it's dry/no vapor, but i'm not paying attention and i don't care. kinda like chewing on a pen

eventually i realize it's dry and add a few drops and go at it again. usually while i'm on the computer.
for the hell of it, i took 2 16340
batteries and stacked them in my iron lung flashlight mod, that i normally use an 18650 in. I forgot that they were 3.7v and they don't really fit, so i had to hold the bottom cap to them and hit the button...
it was awkward and i wasn't fast enough lol. i heard a nice sizzle, no pop though, but by the time i got it to my mouth the BE112 was dead.
one thing i love about the 18650 3.7v battery and my $9 heaven-gifts pass throughs is I can hear the sizzle and i know i'm good to go. on commercial regular batteries i have to suck like hell to get a hit, or stick my ear up to the atomizer to see if it's working. on the 901 and 801 PT's it shoots the vapor into my mouth with very little sucking.
i don't have a whole lot of lung power to sit there sucking like crazy on a small ecig battery
never thought i'd like 5v's, but i'm rethinking it
if the HG's direct wired usb PT's are truly 5v's on my dual usb 5v/2amp wall wort adapter, because i love the sizzle on that thing.
weak commercial batteries take all the joy out of vaping for me. i spend more time trying to get a good hit, and wasting a lot of juice in the process.
I've been looking at mods for the 18650 or a 5v mod, but they are just too expensive for what they are, or too big and gawdy to take outside of the house, so i suck on my 3.2 or less batteries and pray for vapor on the road. it gets downright embarrassing when ppl want to see how my ecig works and i got nuthin but puny vapor coming out of a 901 battery.
