LOL every time I hear the term "Russian 91%" I laugh. It was the first RTA I "built" if you can even call it that. Saner members were like, "No, why don't you try X, Y, Z first" but I got tired of waiting. I mean I had to enlist the husband and also accommodating members who would answer questions like, "AIIEE! It has TWO coils not one I am not DOING that." And they would tell me I could do stuff like, "Build it on the diagonal" which SOUNDS straightforward only its not when you are like um, dealing with screws the size of a micron. My fine motor tremor was bad then and my husband (engineer) kept doing like annoying but helpful stuff like saying "OH MY GOD YOU CALL THAT A COIL?" and I would offer him the wire spool and he would UNWIND my offering and immediately wind it into this perfect ,machine rolled looking thing only better. So there was a lot of "I hate yous!" And "NO! You have to let me try it first!" and like, well, yeah I had not even considered getting past coiling because... I am not a good long term PLANNER.
So then I had to deal with all that and it leaked copiously on multiple attempts. I don't believe I will be attempting it again mainly because it has more parts than a VW bus. I keep it on a vape stand where I can look at it affectionately and go "What a train wreck THAT was."
Ironically I hear the "Russian" was designed by a Kayfun builder who though the Kayfun was "Too complicated" and got .... hurt and lost the argument. However that could also have been some sort of inside vaping joke I didn't get yet I think. LOL.
I wish the husband was as adoring of vaping as he would be good at it, dude. I hated him for those coils though, HATE. It was like being around my older brother.
