What is the best E juice using standard tanks like a i clear 16 or kanger mini pro 2

I can't think of anything that would make a specific juice work better in a tank other than the usual suspects. Light colored juices with approximately 30% PG work best for me. Dark juices tend to gunk up to quickly. If taste is better for you than clouds, then you might even go with more PG.
I haven't tried any of the ones you mention. I mostly use MBV, mainly because of the "Ice" line. I'll never bother with Five Pawns, since I think they're overpriced.
