Either 3-6mg will due. But just remember that juice will vary as I sometime still need that throat hit.
I went from 18 to 12, and have some 6mg.
I have found even the 12 is too much for me and this is on 1.6 and 1.8 ohm coils?
I think what I might do is hold off buying and test my 6mg 70/30 vg/pg juice on a fresh subohm coil and see how i feel.
From your example I think 6mg could be too much of a throat hit on a desert type flavour we'll see

I've been using 6mg but am going to boost it to 12 with my next order. It's good for some of the day but still doesn't stop those brutal cravings.

I would go 3mg, especially if your worried about too much nic..
Should be about perfect for you if 12mg is getting to be too much on higher-ohm coils. You can always get a bottle of 6mg and mix it in to boost nic, (or 0mg if you want to cut it down more).. I was using 12-14mg on my Aerotanks and such (regular clearos, around 1.8ohms), and dropped down to 6mg when I started dripping, with the occasional 8mgs.
I'm thinking about dropping down to 3mg now (which I never would have imagined myself saying when I started vaping 2yrs ago, @ 18mg!!)
I mainly use my Atlantis and Billow RTA now.. Tried setting up my Aerotank2 with a fresh coil for old-times sake today, and can't believe such a minimal vape used to get me through!! I ways always afraid that huge clouds/flavor would be the only thing to satisfy me, but here I am lol

Also puffing on my all-time favorite vape creation as I type this (6mg):
- 1 part Mother's Milk.. (Dark Reddish-Amber, steeped for months!)
- 4 parts The. O.B. (roughly..)
- 1 part Toasted Marshmallow e-liquid (local flavor)
Sometimes I substitute the MM for 1 part of Strawnilla by Nicoticket, or Oh Face by Beantown.. This is my absolute favorite vape, I save half a tank full for every nigjht! I'd highhllyyy recommend The O.B.
1 part MM to 4-5 parts of The. O.B. (ex. 1mL of MM plus 4mL of O.B., or 10/40 drops), lets justtt enough of the Strawberry peak through to make it absolutely delicious!!

Really wanted to try cosmic fog unicorn milk but none local vendors had it stocked, hmm next time.
Unicorn Milk, that's one juice that I've been dying to try for months now,, I've tried most of the "hyped up" e-liquids, but that ones next on my list!! Also Milk & Honey by Cosmic Fog.. I need to try those!!
As for Suicide Bunny:
- I'd highly reccomend The O.B. of course, as well as Claim Your Throne (King's Crown) is realllyy good!! I did NOT like Sucker Pumch, tasted like artificial fruit to me (similar to Oh Face by Beantown). Mother's Milk is great too but I like to mix it to The O.B. about 1 part MM to 5.
Haven't tried the other's by SB and KC. Wish I posted this before you posted.
