The top coil ce clearos need to be "twirled" to keep the wicks soaked

best option is going to be the mini protank 2- bottom coil, glass tank, can be completely disassembled for cleaning

I cannot guarantee no dry hits or no metallic taste (you can get dry hits on anything if you chain vape fast enough and metallic hits are also just a random occurrence and seem to be caused by a hot leg on the coil)

hope this helps

and welcome to the ECF

Luckily, one of the first things I tried vaping was a cartotank. I started with bridged 510 dripping atomizers that came with my ego-T kit. I used a clearomizer like the ce4 that came with my varivolt kit, but I got a carto tank that was screwed up by not knowing about steeping.

I'd have to recommend IBTanked carto tank(glass) or polypropylene DC tanks, less hassle than with clearomizers, as long as you prime them correctly. I use smoktech 3-hole cartomizers from smoktek.com, but preferences range in cartomizers..really any delivery system..as much as liquid flavors. I guess try a few, so you figure out a good match for you and your liquids. Ikenvape, smoktech, and boge are the few that are really popular.

But to get the "best tanks" out of the way...cartotank, protank 2 or 3(minis too to look good with ego), if your ego is variable voltage iclear 16, 30, 30s. You'll want to get a collar/plinth for your battery if you get a 510 threaded atomizer, which most quality ones are.

Hi Jeniker3; I am also new to the vaping experience. I don't know about you but the whole vaping lengo is really confusing to me--with the model numbers, identifying letters (i.e., ego-T, C4), etc. It would be easy to sell me something I wouldn't really like!! I have really been depending on the local retailer (20 mi away) until I know what works for me. But I AM tobacco-free and trudging along!! I love this forum. Cristie

ego-t is just a standard battery. The ego-C is the twist

Not quite.

The eGo-C is a battery with eGo and 510 connections and outputs 3.7V.
The eGo-T is a battery with eGo and, probably, 510 connections. It outputs 3.3V

The eGo-C Twist is a battery with eGo and 510 connections and is setable to output between 3.2 and 4.8V
