What is the best VG/PG ratio for humid area??

I have heard that VG create moisture and PG absorb moisture. Is that true? If yes then what is the best VG/PG ratio is good for humid area where humidity is 70%-90%.

Both PG & VG are Hygroscopic, meaning they both absorb moisture from the air.

I recommend 60% VG and 40% PG or 70% VG 30% PG.
