Aah, that makes sense. Is that an American tobacco blend? I'm from Canada and haven't heard of it before.

RY4 Is short for Ruyan #4. Ruyan is a Chinese e-cig , e-cigar and e-pipe mfg., and maybe even the inventor of ecigs? RY4 is just the name of an early popular e-liquid formulation that became a sort of standard. It's described as a combination of tobacco, caramel, and vanilla flavors. Every company under the sun has their own take on it, all of them different.
