A squonk system has a hole in the 510 pin that passes fluid from a reservoir to the wick(s) in a way that mimics dripping.

My Tesla Stealth 100w is great. It holds any 22mm tank and has good battery life. The Pico is almost the same size and the convenience of being able to use my Pulse 22 with it is great. Uses a single 18650.

There are some tiny 18350 tube mech mods you can google. Doesn't have enough battery life for me, so I never got one but they are tiny

I just clicked on the Halo ad on this page and the homepage features the Tracer Twist Starter Kit. It's a regulated tube kit. Seems a little pricey to me. I don't have any experience with it but I thought it's something you can check out.
