Actually that was my experience with them when I chose their standard 7 - 14 days and paid for it. 4.5 days to deliver in the U.S.. Maybe they upgraded it, I know they used Parcelforce (Royal Mail).
I wished they listed the company used next to the options, I would of known better.
Still trying figure out what FT does with ePackets, I have no problem with ePackets from China, except FT. They are doing something different than the other companies from China with ePackets.
I ordered a Sandstorm on a Saturday night and it was at my house Tuesday on the US east coast. I ordered a second that night and it was at my house that Saturday. Standard shipping
One thing that I find odd about the Jac is that it cannot be powered off, rather only be locked and the screen goes off after a certain amount of seconds.
I ordered (2) Jac Sandstorms (1 for me, 1 for neighbor) + paid $22.94US for S/H on Monday, Oct. 15th. They just arrived in PA this morning, Oct. 25th at 9:02AM. Shows Landmark Global as the shipping company.
Ordered 2 more, 2 days later on Oct. 17th, with that deal posted on the Jac thread, with Free S/H. They haven't shown any movement at all since their last scan 2 days ago at 1:34PM...when they were "received by Landmark Global for onward delivery" still in GB!

Curious that your faster shipping was Landmark (aka BPost) on the fast shipping, mine was Parcelforce, took standard @ $13 and got it in 4.5 days.
The 10 days to PA via Landmark sounds like the free option shipping. As does your order that actually was the free option shipping.

FYI - Incase you don't know, USPS has "Informed Delivery" you can sign up for, based on your address they will provide tracking once an item has been accepted by the USPS system. They sometimes have a different tracking number and sometimes they inform you of packages you didn't even know were coming and/or had tracking associated with them.

DNA mods do not turn off, they have very low power consumption in sleep mode.
Just lock them if you want to prevent accidental firing when pocketed.
I know this is going to sound dumb, but can someone explain why a dna board/chip is good compared to other mods?
Best TC of any board out and now with Replay mode the TC functionality is basically plug and play.
Replay mode is a game changer for TC IMHO.

Order placed on Oct. 17th, w/free S/H...last scan /update still shows it in GB on Tuesday. Even had a chat with Interparcel lady this AM. She couldn't explain why it's still there. Said to allow another 4-7 days for it to even get to the US. I then sort of jokingly asked if it went by "slow boat" or what. Her response was that for regular, lower cost shipping, it can go by boat or air.
By the way, I've been signed up for Informed Delivery with the USPS for awhile now. It does help keep on top of packages once they're in the US.
ETA: You mentioned my "faster shipping" that I paid for, but...I don't see ANY faster shipping with either order.
Ordering something on Oct. 15th and having it take until October 25th to even get to the US...isn't fast, IMO.

You are right, you did pick the faster shipping, you just didn't get it.
I paid around $13 for the shipping I got, it said 7 - 15 days. Got it in 4.5.
That is about the same I pay when ordering from Crème de Vape. And I noticed their shipments came fast.
Then I got the free shipping, more than twice the time to get it even out of the country.
I really don't know what I got the first time for $13, I paid for standard, did I get premium?
I can tell for sure your first order you definitely didn't get the premium shipping.

I still do not have my 2 Jacs that I ordered on Oct. 15th and paid $22.94US for S/H. Still showing the same thing they have since last Thursday! They're in York, PA waiting for handoff to USPS!
My 2nd order (the really good deal for 2), placed on Oct.17th, still hadn't shown any movement as of this AM...since its last scan in GB last Tuesday. So I got in a Chat with JV Customer Service rep. Heather. After many posts back and forth with her, and some checking she did on her end...she says even though there were no scans since last Tuesday....my package made it to US customs and was rejected, and is being sent back to them. No info. available on why it was rejected! Wants to know what I want them to do...try again or refund me!
Now, the only difference between what I ordered Oct. 15th and on Oct. 17th... is that I ordered an extra battery, to qualify for the special deal on Oct. 17th. I'm wondering if that 1 extra battery (that wasn't needed for the 2 mods since they each came with one)...was what caused the problem. Or...since no scans show the package even leaving GB, nor making it to the US, nor being rejected...maybe it didn't ever make it out of GB at all, despite what I was told. Or...did too many people order that "special" to get 2 Jacs, and they were losing too much money...so they recalled the packages? Something just seems very "fishy" to me with all of this, especially since it's happened to others who've ordered the "special deal", too.
I know 1 thing for sure though....I'll never place another order with Jac Vapour when this is all said and done.

Your choice, but it seems your issue is with the shipping companies and US Customs, and not with JAC Vapour.
I have contacted them directly several times...with emails back & forth and in several live Chat sessions.
