What is this and where does it go?

Got my new LP Grand and assorted goodies.
In the bag that contains the business card and spare bottle, there is a small tube.
It's roughly 3/4" long, maybe 1/16" ID, and angle cut on each end.
What is it?
I'm sure it's something obvious to the old timers here, but I'm stumped.

Other than an email sent to Rob concerning the Reomizer, everything is awesome.
The Grand is smaller than I thought, and fits in the hand really well.
The copper vein is gorgeous!

It is the reducer tube. If you experience self-feeding insert in in the bottle end of the tubing.

It reduces the flow of juice.
