This RTA didn't come in a metal box, it came in a metal canister (aka a can).

Something I just realized about this tank. Most, if not all retailer pics show that the glass has a metal shield around it. I think the manufacturer intended to ship it with one, but didn't because every review I see on this RTA does not come with that metal shield. I know mine didn't.
