It's proprietary to an old atty that hardly anyone uses anymore, except a few of us who still swear by them.

Name the atty and it'll be close enough. In fact, I'll go one further.

It's an adapter that allows one to use any 510 drip tip with said atty. Otherwise, the tips are proprietary too.
