So over the years I have been noticing in some juices that I can taste this nasty lollipop clear coating taste. Just completely ruins my vaping experience. Anyone know what the VG brand their using and how to avoid it?

Some folks find Ethyl Maltol unpleasant. It could be that.
I vape a lot of unflavored (VG, 1% distilled water, nic) and find a pretty big variation from one VG source to another. So, it defintely could be the VG. But, nailing down the common source could prove difficult; unless, all the brands are mixed by the same mixing house.
